Anil Agarwal is a Fellow Chartered Accountant and a commerce graduate. He is a registered Insolvency Professional and a Registered Valuer in the Securities and Financial Assets class. His practice covers audit and taxation, including statutory and internal audits for banks, public-sector undertakings and corporates, stock audits of banking-exposure borrowers, income-tax assessments and appeals, search-and-seizure matters, tax planning and GST. Earlier in his career he was a senior partner at a Chartered Accountancy firm in Ahmedabad for two decades.

Dakshesh Choksi holds B.Com., CA and CMA qualifications and is a registered Insolvency Professional. He has around three decades of experience across corporate management, corporate finance and resource mobilisation, financial restructuring, promoters' equity funding, and legal and taxation matters, with a focus on the turnaround of stressed businesses. He has carried out debt-restructuring assignments, including under the CDR framework, for large corporates, and has experience of rehabilitation proceedings. Earlier in his career he held senior-management positions with large corporates in Ahmedabad — covering finance and banking, accounts and audit, taxation and legal, and MIS and operations — and has arranged term-loan and working-capital funding for projects across the textile, pharmaceutical, chemical, metal and steel, and NBFC sectors.
